When you fill in the enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), your town or suburb, details about your property, and anything else you type into the message. If you contact us by phone or email instead, we collect similar details, and sometimes a property address or photos of a switchboard or power bill you send us.
Why We Collect It
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, work out a quote, carry out the electrical work you ask us to do, and keep the compliance records a licensed electrical contractor is required to keep.
How the Contact Form Works
When you submit the form on this website, your details are sent to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States. That means your information passes through servers located overseas as part of getting your enquiry to us.
Hosting and Analytics
This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how the site is used and how fast it loads. These tools collect anonymous usage data, they don't use advertising cookies, and they don't identify you personally.
We Don't Sell Your Data
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

We keep enquiry details and job records in our email and business systems, and take reasonable steps to keep them secure. Only Boden and anyone directly helping run the business can access them.

We keep enquiry and job information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, carry out the work, and meet the record-keeping requirements tied to electrical compliance certificates.
