Commercial & Industrial Electrical Contracting
Fitouts, switchboards, three-phase machinery and factory maintenance across South East Queensland, programmed around your trading hours, not ours.
The Cost of Commercial Electrical Work Is Mostly Downtime.
The invoice for a switchboard upgrade is knowable. The cost of the four hours your production line wasn't running usually isn't, and it's frequently larger. Which is why the useful question on a commercial job isn't what it costs: it's when it happens and how long the site is affected.
We programme commercial works around trading and production. Out-of-hours changeovers, staged board replacements, temporary supply where it's needed. On a fitout we work to the builder's programme without needing to be chased for it.
Scope runs from tenancy fitouts and switchboards through to three-phase machinery installation, factory maintenance, lighting design and upgrades, power and control wiring, and the data and comms that go with it. It's all under one licence, which is generally one fewer contractor for you to coordinate.

Six Areas of Commercial and Industrial Work.
Tenancy and commercial fitouts.
Rough-in through frame and ceiling, distribution, lighting, power, data and fit-off. Worked to the builder's programme with the certification completed at handover.
Switchboards and distribution.
New boards, upgrades, main switch and protection changes, sub-boards and metering. Staged with temporary supply where the site can't go dark.
Three-phase machinery.
Installation, connection, control wiring, isolation and protection for production plant, compressors, presses and workshop machinery.
Lighting design and upgrades.
Warehouse and workshop lighting done to a level people can actually work under, with LED upgrades costed against the running saving rather than sold on faith.
Planned and reactive maintenance.
Scheduled inspections, fault-finding, board thermal checks and repairs, with emergency call-outs available 6:00am to midnight.
Commercial solar and off-grid.
The specialism. Rooftop and ground-mount commercial arrays, storage, and full conversion for sites where the network charge has outgrown the value of the connection.
Your Fixed Network Charges Are a Line Item You Can Delete.
Commercial and industrial sites carry demand and network charges that often outweigh the actual electricity consumed, and no amount of switching off lights touches them. Generating on site is the only intervention that removes the charge rather than shaving the usage.
If your operation is daytime-weighted (most manufacturing, processing, cold storage, and workshop businesses are) you're close to the ideal load profile for solar and storage. We'll model a conversion against your last twelve months of bills at no cost and tell you plainly whether it's worth doing, including the honest case for doing nothing.
